Kot član naše ekipe bodo vaše naloge obsegale…
- priprava in vodenje pogajanj s strateškimi dobavitelji ter priprava pogodb
- obiski obstoječih in potencialnih dobaviteljev doma in v tujini
- optimizacija plačilnih rokov, optimizacija zalog, uvedba sistema povpraševanj
- nadzorovanje izpolnjevanja pogodb po elementih: nabavni pogoji, dobavni roki, cene in plačilni roki
- priprava razpisov (tenderjev) za iskanje novih nabavnih virov, zbiranje ponudb in izbor konkurenčnih ponudnikov
- priprava planov nabave ter izvedba analiz in drugih dogovorjenih poročil za nadrejene
- odgovornost za urejenost nabavne in prodajne dokumentacije in arhiviranje podatkov
- vodenje postopkov od naročanja do prevzema materialov
- sodelovanje pri sistemu presoje kakovosti pri dobaviteljih
- opravljanje drugih nalog skladno z usposobljenostjo delavca in navodili delodajalca
- spremljanje predpisov s področja nabave in carinskih postopkov
Naš idealen kandidat ima…
- aktivno znanje poslovnega angleškega jezika, tudi zaradi izvajanja zgornjih nalog v slovenskem in angleškem jeziku
- aktivno znanje iz italijanskega jezika (zaželeno)
- vozniški izpit B kategorije
- najmanj V. stopnja izobrazba ekonomske, tehnične, družboslovne smeri
- najmanj 3 leta delovnih izkušenj v mednarodni nabavni službi na podobnem ali višjem delovnem mestu
- komunikacijske sposobnosti, zmožnost dela v timu ter sodelovanje z menedžmentom in ostalimi oddelki
- računalniško znanje v okolju MS Office
- natančnost in doslednost

Job description
We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague in strategic procurement who would join a fast growing team and company.

As a member of our team, your tasks will include…
- preparation and conducting of negotiations with strategic suppliers, preparation of contracts
- visits to existing and potential suppliers at home and abroad
- optimization of payment deadlines, optimization of stocks, introduction of a demand system
- monitoring the fulfillment of contracts by elements: purchase conditions, delivery times, prices and payment deadlines
- preparation of tenders for finding new suppliers, collecting bids and selecting competing bidders
- preparation of procurement plans and implementation of analyzes and other reports for superiors
- responsibility for organizing purchase- and sales-documentation and for data archiving
- managing procedures from ordering to receiving materials
- participation in the supplier quality assessment system
- performing other tasks in accordance with the employee’s qualifications and instructions of the employer
- monitoring regulations in the field of procurement and customs procedures
Our ideal candidate has…
- active knowledge of business English, also due to the implementation of the above tasks in Slovene and English language
- knowledge of Slovenian language
- active knowledge of the Italian language (desirable)
- B-category driver’s license
- at least V. level education in economics, technology, or social sciences
- at least 3 years of work experience in a purchasing department of an international company, in a similar or higher position
- communication skills, capability of teamwork and cooperation with management and other departments
- computer skills in the MS Office environment
- accuracy and consistency
